Dear Brothers and Sisters:

There are various types of processes! We live from natural to spirit. Here is a list of some of processes that people go through: Growth and Maturity, healing, birthing, learning, and dying, not particularly in this order. All of these processes happen in the natural world and in the spirit world. It is two-fold or multi-dimensional. The purpose of this is to say that if people learn to go through the correct process they can make it.

Now let us take a look at the cocoon. The cocoon is the process a caterpillar goes through to develop into a butterfly. It do not come out of the cocoon before time. It may be disturbed by an outside force but the caterpillar on its own accord does not come out the cocoon too soon. Even though the butterfly only lives for one day out for the cocoon it still goes through the process. The process may be anything that a person may find himself or herself in. It does not matter if it is good, bad, or indifferent, going through the process is not about the cocoon but the other side of going through and being content or being complacent. Cocoons are timeless or ageless. Man deals with a time frame, but G-d and all his other creations do not question the purpose, definitely not in relation to time. G-d is time, so He does not focus on time as we suppose because with G-d things are as He command them to be. Mans focus and priorities are out of sync with what G-d wants. G-d’s plan helps us to be perfected in all areas of our lives. We question G-d too much. We want to know a lot more than we need to as oppose to trusting G-d. He knows even in the process that the race is not given to the swift nor the strong but the one who endures to the end. The race is a great analogy of life because we all do not get there at the same time. Time deals with finality, while finality deals time, and G-d is not defined by time because He is the creator! He has infinite wisdom and He knows, so we should trust him. In going through the process, your heart can become more like the heart of G-d, and become more willing to say and live this phrase: Not my will, they will be done.

I became a part of YaQar Ministries at the age of 14.  Since then I have truly seen growth and maturation in myself and a spiritual and physical level.  Coming from the former ministry that I attended, I was never really interested in what was being taught, and going to "church" was more of  a fashion show than anything else.  After going to YaQar Ministries I noticed myself being more and more interested and excited about the word  of G-D, and began studying and reading and praying more myself.  I could tell that dr. YaQar was a true woman of G-D, and I could feel the power, and anointing that was in her life.

Her youngest son George and I became very close friends, and began calling each other brothers and hanging out all th time, so I spent a lot of time in her home.  Often times, minsters speak one thing, but tend to a live another.  Being able to spend time with her, and her family allowed me to see that she was totally sold out to the Lord, and seeing this made my passion only grow stronger.  She is a woman who truly hears Holy Spirit, and it shows in her everyday life and actions.

Before going to college I didn't understand as well as I do now the impact that she has had on my life.  I know that I am continuously in her prayers, and that seeing the walk of faith she has taken has pushed me to trust in the Lord despite what may happen.  She is someone that I love dearly and she has taught me so much.  Now that I am in college, and not able to attend worship every Sabbath, I can see all the teachings and ministering I received before I left paying off.  I have a stronger walk with G-D, and I understand a lot more than I did years ago.  There has been many instances when I talk to my family members on the phone about something the Lord was sharing with me, and it is the same thing that was shared with them in one of Dr. YaQar's teaching.  This lets me know that I found the place where I belong, and I am proud to have Dr. YaQar as my spiritual leader.

The holiday season is rapidly approaching. For some, this is the most wonderful time of the year because it's traveling season and few get to leave and go spend time with their families for the holidays. However, many people don't realize that for most, the last three months of the man-made year are of the least favored time of the year. If I could place it in my terms, October-December are mourning months. A lot of our love ones go on to see the Lord during these months and over the years create such sorrow and grief during the holiday season. From personal experience, I don't believe man could fathom how much I despise this time of year. A vast majority of my love ones have transitioned during this quarter. Because of this, I would like to leave a word of encouragement for EVERYONE, not just my fellow youth and young adults.
Love one another as Christ loved the church and treat others as they would like to be treated. If you are offended or have an ought against an individual, the bible says in Matt 5:23, "if you are about to place your gift on the alter and remember that someone is angry with you, leave your gift there in the front of the altar. Make peace with that person and then come back and offer your gift to God".  In that, life is too short to dwell on the past. I have watched some of my friends and associates lose their life due to ignorance or stupidity.
I encourage us as a united body, not only in our individual churches but the nation as a whole, to get focused on what is Christ-like and strive everyday to live like Him.  In doing so, let's repent for all the mistakes we have made and will make in the future.  Not one single man on earth is perfect.  We all have fallen short of the glory of G-d but we must continue to perfect ourselves in our everyday walk with Him.
This holiday season and for now on, make it your business to love and love correctly. Research yourself and find what flaws you possess and make every effort to make improvements on those areas that you do not exceed in. Distance yourself from negativity and let's focus on a brighter future for ourselves and our families.
I pray this encourages your spirits and everyone be blessed,
 Brenita N. Glover

Trust In the Lord

To trust in our own selfish thought, or anyone but  Adonai (the Lord) is simply foolish.  ABBA, Father has given us so much, when most times we deserve so little.  We sometimes spend our lives searching for the finer things in life, when G-D wants to give you the finer things, if you only trust in Him.  We spend time wasting time because we want to do things our way.  But I am a perfect example to show you that there is but one true way, and that is G-D's WAY.  In the early part of my adulthood I tried to do many things on my own, and failed miserably.  I got the big head, thinking that I was great in some aspects of life, when really I could have done nothing without ABBA (Father).  It took a grade 3 hamstring tear, and a few other things to make me realize how foolish I had been in my thinking!   G-D wants us to know him, and trust wholeheartedly in Him.  He wants to give us our hearts desire, if we only lean and depend on Him.  Trust, waiting, and faith are used interchangeably in the Bible at times, and if you pay attention, I think it is to make it plain for us to follow.  If we simply have patience, and WAIT upon Adonia (the Lord), have faith that He will handle our situations like He promised in His word then we as saints will be perfectly fine.  So many times people step out of the will of G-D by trying to do things on their own.  This practice is very ungrateful, and says to Adonia (the Lord) that we are unappreciative, and want to do things on our own.  Then in the end, we end up running to Him when things don't go right, but if we would have only listened to the Word, and trusted in Him, things would have been handled the right way, the first time.  Don't spend your lives trusting in your own ignorance.  That is definitely not the way to go.  Seek Adonia (the Lord), and apply His word, His wisdom, and His knowledge to all your situations in life, no matter how big or small, and I promise you that everything will work out for you.  Be of good courage, be patient, and TRUST IN THE LORD!!!!
